hey, I'm Monica!

Monica lives on the edges of the human experience and has never looked away.

Clinician. Traveler. EMT. Yoga teacher. Ceremonialist. She has crossed four continents teaching, healing, and unbecoming everything she was trained to be, until what remained was undeniable: a calling to stand at the intersection of the body, the soul, and the sacred.

Today she is the founder of HeartSpace Revolution and the architect of the Somatic Medicine Mastery Certification — a practitioner training woven from somatic therapy, nervous system science, Reiki, and plant medicine facilitation. Her work has guided hundreds of practitioners out of burnout, out of borrowed frameworks, and into the kind of practice that actually carries their frequency.

She is known for transformation that goes deep. For training practitioners who become the medicine. For building containers where body-based and faith-led healers stop playing small and start building their empire from the inside out.
